Alice Helmke

Controller
Alice Helmke serves as SemGas® controller. Prior to this position, Helmke served as financial reporting manager. In addition to reporting, she managed various corporate accounting items including general ledger accounting for corporate, overhead allocations, cash applications and fixed assets. Helmke came to SemGroup® Corporation in April of 2003 as a financial reporting analyst.
Prior to Semgroup, Helmke served as a senior auditor for Grant Thornton LLP and Arthur Anderson LLP.
Helmke attended the University of Tulsa where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Helmke’s experience extends into her community. As a board member for the Camp Fire USA Green Country Council, Helmke serves on the finance committee. Here she plays a lead role in the preparation of financial statements and facilitation of the audit. She is also a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, serving on the Tulsa Chapter.
